Premium appliance repair costs vary by the part and the labor involved, so we price each job after we know what failed rather than quoting blind over the phone. Here is the sequence:
- Diagnostic service call. One technician comes out, inspects the appliance, and confirms the fault. This is the only up-front cost.
- Written estimate. You receive a clear price for parts and labor before anything is opened up further or ordered.
- Credit applied. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. You are not paying twice.
- genuine OEM parts and warranty. We install Genuine OEM Parts and back the work with written warranty terms for eligible completed repairs.
What Affects the Final Price
The largest variable is the part. A door gasket or a thermistor is inexpensive; a compressor, a sealed-system repair, or a control board costs more. Labor depends on how the appliance is installed, since a built-in column set into cabinetry takes longer to access than a freestanding unit. We explain all of this in the estimate. Fees and scope are provided in writing before approval.
